📦 Employability Skills Package – Work‑Ready in 3 Days

Designed to mimic real working environments in roles such as care, hospitality, or retail:

• Supports: Makaton-trained assistants, one-to-one support, sensory-aware seating

• Mode: In-person over three consecutive days (or flexible cohort delivery)

• Outcome: Four certificates and an optional CV/job-readiness session

Each award is issued by bodies such as Highfield or Qualsafe, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards
