Course Overview: This Level 3 CPD  First Aid course, is specifically designed for combat sports coaches in boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). The course equips you with essential life-saving skills, including CPR and defibrillation, to ensure that you are prepared to handle medical emergencies during training or competitions.

The course content includes:

  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) for Adults and Children
  • Use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Choking Management
  • Bleeding Control & Shock Management
  • Injury Management for Bones, Muscles, and Joints
  • Head, Neck, and Spinal Injury Management

Upon successful completion, you will receive a Level 3 CPD First Aid for Combat Sports Coaches Certification.
